On Saturday, 15 January 1994, Juicy Red Apple Magazine stepped off the page and into the car park of the Saloon Bar on Broadway for Night of the Living Apple Heads. The magazine had been covering Sydney’s rave scene, and this time it threw a party of its own. The line-up read like a who’s who of the city’s DJs at the time: Spellbound, Nick TT, Nik Fish, Arthur, Paul Holden, Fenix, Pee Wee, Vagas, Geoff Chef, Sugar Ray and Delirious. Johnjo drew the flyer, which gave the night a look as memorable as its name.
